There are common rules that you need to abide by when using stock from deviantART and those same rules apply here.
STOCK RULES
- Credit me in the deviation description.
- Let me know if you use an image.
- Do not use my stock to create new stock.
- This stock is not to be use for commercial and/or profitable work or website templates.
- When using stock outside of DA you must include a direct link back to this profile page.
Let me know if you use an image by commenting on my stock and leaving a link of your picture I would love to see your work!
When using any stock image/s outside deviantART you must include full credit and a link back to this profile page on deviantART. In accordance to the license agreement the stock images are not for commercial and/or profitable use.
THE LICENSE
My stock/resource/texture photographs all have the Creative Commons license applied to them. This means you only need to do two things when using these images:
Attribution
You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor.
Noncommercial
You may not use the work for commercial purposes unless you have the licensor's permission.
Violating these terms will lead to copyright infringement.
NON-STOCK IMAGES
I have a few photographs that are not to be used as stock. These are marked 'not to be used as stock' in the comments and with a watermark on the larger image.
If you would like to use one of these photographs as stock then please let me know. If I agree then I can offer you the full-size original of the photograph, obviously lacking the watermark.
Any use of non-stock images must follow the same rules as the Stock Rules outlined above, and you must advise that my permission to use the photograph was sought and granted.
Thank you for respecting the copyright terms.
